Spots and long neck


I’ve been thinking about an animal that I consider interersting and unknown, and I decided tell you about giraffe, just because I love them. This animal isn’t unknown to the people but still, they don’t know very much about giraffe and Isn’t an animal that many people like.
They are interesting for me because they are very tall, It’s the tallest animal in the world, I wonder how they can be so high constantly. Also, because they look like cows but with a very long neck, this thing interest me in a particular way, I don’t think it’s easy for them to hold their neck. Other thing that I consider very interesting is his tongue, which is black and can measure up to 50 cm. Also, they can sing, they can perform vocalizations similar to those of cows, so they do not look like cows just because of their spots.
Giraffes lives in Africa, they are usually in a pack but they are separated. Something they do and that seems strange, is the “necking”, where the males fight by hitting their necks. They feed mainly on acacia leaves, they are herbivores, but lick bones from corpses to get calcium.
I know, giraffes are weird, but look it them, they are so pretty.

    I remember seeing one at a Zoo when I was a child. She was so tall that we can only see her head. Now I feel kinda sad about thinking of an animal trapped in such small space, especially a tall one like the giraffe :(

    They're pretty ferocious too. When they fight each other, those necks sounds like thunders :O

    they are really pretty, i like them a lot too. i've seen really funny pictures of giraffes faces lol

    I saw on TV once a safari hotel (very expensive and elegant) in Africa, where the giraffes come to the open windows and put their heads inside while the guests eat breakfast, and the giraffes eat some of the people's breakfast...I'm sure it's on youtube.com

Italy

I would like to visit Italy because I think that is a beautiful country and because my last name is italian, I would like to know more about my origins and my family. I don’t know too much about this country, I only a little about their food, like pizza and pastas but I've never eaten real italian food. I also know what I learned at school, about the time of fascism in Italy with Mussolini and finally I know that their architecture, like the Pisa Tower and especially the Roman Coliseum are very important to their history, culture and to the world. The Upcoming Summer

Most of the summers I don’t go on vacation, I usually stay in Santiago, I go a couple of times to the beach and for a few days. It’s not that I don’t like to travel or to know new places, on the contrary, I love it and I would like to be able to travel more often.
